Fábrica de Ferragens Jomalco, Lda was founded in 1909 by José Maria Luis Coelho as a modest metal workshop which has grown into a leading position in Portuguese industry, proud to compete with other European contemporaries.

In fact, at present we export about 50% of our production, which augurs well for when Portugal joins the E.E.C.

Jomalco manufactures tools for the civil construction industry and for furniture makers and has nearly a century's experience. Our progress is backed by improvement with courses taken abroad by our personnel as well as by large investment in modern machinery and equipment.

At present, part of our activity is involved in non-ferrous pressure diecasting of advanced technology.

Although we have a large range of products, we have our own tool room producing dies which enable us to make any article to costumers drawings. Our Technical Department is at your disposal.
